Terms of Sale: Mastercard, Visa, Discover accepted, as are personal checks and money orders. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Please advise on shipping preference when ordering. Shipping & handling for media mail in the continental U.S. is $5 for a novel sized book or $10 for a coffee table sized book. Please note that as of July 1st, 2002 the U.S. Post Office is now charging for both weight and distance on priority shipping. Please inquire about priority shipping costs to your location. S&h on multiple volumes or oversized books will cost more. Please contact us for an exact quote.
