(1) Book (Media) Rate (7-10 days) -- $4.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book.
(2) Priority Mail (2-3 days) -- $5.50 for the first book and $3.00 for each additional book.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL:
LESS THAN FOUR POUNDS:
(1) Economy/Surface (28-42 days) -- $15.50 for the first book and $9.00 for each additional book. For Canada and Mexico: $10.00 and $4.00.
(2) Global Priority (4-6 days) -- $15.50 for the first book and $9.00 for each additional book. For Canada: $10.00 and $4.00.
(3) Air Mail -- $15.50 for the first book and $9.00 for each additional book.
SHIPMENTS OVER FOUR POUNDS
All shipments weighing more than four pounds require special handling. In general, we will charge by the pound for shipments over four pounds. All oversized books require special handling.
